Our Team

Ashlee (she/her)  graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a licensed therapist in Oregon and Utah.

Ashlee  has a passion for hearing people’s stories, helping them navigate tough circumstances, and challenging them in ways that get them closer to their desired life.  She believes in the power of safe therapeutic relationships and being transparent and honest with clients. Good clinical care entails putting the client first and making sure to protect and help the client in the most effective, ethical way possible. 

Nico (they/he) holds a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Utah where they received training in career counseling an experience in coaching. They also have a bachelor's degree in psychology from Utah State University and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University.  

They believe that our careers are not destination points but journeys where we can explore our endless potential and interests.
